Lunge –> overhand throw
WOD:
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of
Partner A: 3 Box jumps & Partner B: 3 Push ups
Pass the ball back and forth 3 times over the box, then
Partner B: 3 Box jumps & Partner A: 3 Push ups
For every completed pass above (maximum 6), each partner gets to do 1 handstand kick up/donkey kick
