WOD
Partner Workout:
3-5-7-9 Reps of
Squat Snatch (135/ 95)
Box Jumps
Partners will alternate exercises until all reps are finished. I.E. team member 1 will perform 3 snatches, then team member 2 will perform 3 snatches, then member 1 will move to box jumps and partner 2 will do box jumps etc… until both team members have finished all the required reps.
