Workout of the Day:
Warm Up:
Barbell Complex Warm-up + Deadlifts
*Do 7 Reps at each movement. This will serve as the skill for the “DT” round as well.
WOD:
EMOM for 36min:
1: Row 12/10 cal
2: 1 round of “Cindy” (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats)
3: 1 round of “DT” at 115lbs/75lbs (12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 Push Jerks)
Cool Down:
Double Lacrosse Ball Lower Back Smash (3 minutes)
Mod-apalooza time. Row 8 cal/ 2-5-10 “Cindy” (strict pull ups)/ 7-5-3 45# “DT”
