Warm up:
3 Rounds
20 sec Mountain climbers
20 sec Squat thrust
20 sec Windmills
Skill work:
Inverted Superman Hollow: Athletes kick up into a supported handstand. Trainers hold at the ankle while the athlete moves between spinal/hip flexion and extension.
WOD:
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in a given amount of time of
Partner A: Run 15yds -> Stinkbug walk halfway around the box -> Run back
Partner B: 3 Push ups -> 3 Squats -> 3 Tuck jumps
Switch places and repeat until the time runs out.
