Skill work:
Mobile plank: Athlete gets in the plank position with their hands shoulder width apart on a PVC suspended between two boxes. The Trainer lifts the PVC up and moves it to different elevations while the athlete maintains the plank position throughout.
Warm up:
Shuttle run (5yd – 10yd – 15yd)
You can try skipping, galloping or bear crawling, too
