Warm up:

3 Rounds

2 Cartwheels -> 10 yd Lunge walk -> 5 Burpees -> 10 yd backwards Lunge walk

Skill work:

Supermarket Scramble: Spread a bunch plastic toy foods out on one side of the room.  The kids line up on the other side.  The trainer calls out a food type (vegetable, fruit, meat) or macronutrient type (protein, carbohydrate, fat). Kids race across the space to find a food that fits and bring it back to the line.  Be creative with how they get there and back.  You can talk about “real food” choices if you have variance, other macronutrient content, their favorite way to eat it, etc. Return the foods to the starting place before starting the next round.

WOD:

CrossFit Baseball!

Single- 3 Box jumps

Double- 5 Push ups

Triple- 7 Squats

Home run- 9 Side to side hops on each leg
