Skill work:
Barrel Rolls: 3 Rounds of 5-10 yds. Focus on holding your plank!
WOD:
With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of
Partner A: 7 Front Squats , Partner B: 7 Push ups
When both partners are done, switch places.
10 yd Broad jump (both at the same time)
