10-8-6-4-2 Pistols
20-16-12-8-4 Plyo Push Ups (Set two 45 # plates just outside of shoulder width, have athletes from the bottom of the push up position extend up to a hand jump to on top of the plates, then off the plates and back down to the bottom of the push up).
Skill Work:
Spend ten minutes working on a weakness movement
8:54- 45# and 10# plates for push ups
