4 Corners Warm Up
5 PVC Overhead Squats—> Lunge Walk
5 Sit Ups—> Inch Worms
5 Grass Hoppers—> Broad Jumps
5 Push Ups—> Forward Rolls

WOD:

As Many Reps in 10 Minutes, ascending by 3’s of:
Overhead Squats (75/ 55)
Burpees

Extras:

Spend 10 Minutes working on a weakness
