Warm up:
3 Rounds:
2 Forward rolls -> 5 Box jumps -> 5 Pull ups -> 5 Sit ups
Skill work:
False grip drills (from the knees)
WOD:
As team of 4, stand in a line ~10-15 ft apart. Each team gets one medicine ball.
Complete as many rounds as possible of: 3-5 Med ball cleans and then pass.
When the ball gets to the end of the line, the person holding the ball runs to the front and everyone rotates positions in the line.
Each team member must complete 3-5 Push ups and 3-5 Tuck jumps before the ball can be passed to them again.
