Warm up:
3 Rounds
2 Cartwheels -> 15yd Bear crawl -> 15yd Backpedal -> 10 yd Broad jumps -> 5 sit ups
Skill work:
“Perfect” Push up relay
WOD:
With a partner, complete as many round as possible of:
Partner A: 5 Squats, Partner B: Hold bottom of squat
Switch places and repeat
Partner A: 7 Push ups, Partner B: Plank hold
Switch places and repeat
Partner A: 9 Deadlifts, Partner B: Bar hang
Switch places and repeat
Game:
End of the month – Kids choice!
