Workout of the Day:
Skill Work:
Kipping Swings/ Butterfly Kip
If you don’t have pull ups yet, today will be a great way to start to figure out what link in the chain you are missing. If you have them, you can ALWAYS make them better, find the weak link and strengthen it. If you are solid, then try to figure out the butterfly think- please be aware that this is subject to the trainer making sure that you have the requisite flexibility and strength in the shoulder and back.
