Carmen hauling up the Atlas stone. Carmen has been a busy beaver in the last few months, attaining her CrossFit Level 1 Certificate, and attending both the CrossFit Strongman and Powerlifting Seminars. She inspires us all to remember that in order to continue to grow, we must continue to learn where we are weak and then get a ton stronger.
