Workout of the Day:
Group Warm Up:
Jog 200 M forwards
200 M Backwards
then 2x through of:
10 Squat Jumps
10 Band Good Mornings
10 Hip Circle Steps Each
10 Sit Ups
10 Large Arm Circles Forward and Backward
WOD:
200 Double Unders for Time
Rest 2 Minutes
200 Push Ups for time
200 Double Unders- 4:40
Did 50 slow bar push ups, not for time. Did some box squat/chains work.
