We are rallying the wagons for our next get together with our fellow CrossFit Affiliates on the Western Slope. We had an awesome turnout for our event back in December, and the folks we have talked to from Ouray, Telluride, and Durango have already told us they plan to bring a crew this way again.
We will meet at CrossFit Agoge on Feb 27th at around 11am (to allow travel time from Durango). There will be a group workout and a relatively brief discussion on nutrition in the context of the Zone/Paleo prescription.
