Warm up:  5 squats—> Bear Crawl, 5 Push Ups—> Broad Jumps, 6 Grass Hoppers—> lunge walk, 5 Tuck Jumps—->Sprint to the start and go again.

Skill: Dumbell push press

WOD:  As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

7 Air Squats

7 Box Jumps

7 Dumbell push press
