Workout:

Partner WOD: AMRAP in 8 mins

Partner 1: Row 200m

Partner 2: As many as possible while the partner rows of:

5 Push Ups

10 Single Arm DB Snatch

15 Air Squats

Skill:

Max Height Box Jump, then…

Partner up and completes as many box jump overs as possible in 1 min x 2.
