CrossFit Teens WOD:

WARM UP:  

Jog 400 m

Then 30 Seconds each x 2 rounds of:

Sit Ups

Push Ups

Box Jumps

Kettle Bell Swings to eye level

SKILL:  

Hang Squat Clean

WOD:  

4 Rounds for time of:

Row 500m

10 Hang Squat Cleans

5 Hand Stand Push Ups

SKILL:

Abs for Points

Accumulate as many points as possible in 7 minutes:

Toes to Bar= 2 pts each

V-Ups=1 pt each

GHD Sit Ups= 3 its each

Plank Hold= 1 pt per 5 seconds

L Hold= 5 pts per 10 seconds
