10 Push Ups—> Log Roll 30′

10 Kipping Swings—> Broad Jump 30′

10 Jumping Lunges—> Backwards Jump 30′

SKILL:  

Medicine Ball Clean

WOD:  

50 Reps of Each :

Burpees

Kettle Bell Front Rack Lunge Steps (each leg)

Push Press

Double Unders

Toes to Bar

Medicine Ball Cleans

Run 400m

SKILL:

Overhead Squat

Spend 10 Minutes working towards a 3 Rep Max
