10 Push Ups—> Bear Crawl

10 Tuck Jumps—Toy Soldiers

SKILL:  

Handstand Push Ups

WOD:

Handstand Push Ups

21-15-9

Wall Ball

Alternate between the two movements

SKILL:

Row 500m x 3
