Russian Twist and Toss

Fast Hands Drill

Standing:

Soccer Toss

Chest Pass

Twist and Pass

Granny Toss

SKILL:  

Sumo Deadlift High Pull

Sumo Deadlift High Pull

Box Jumps

Start with one rep of each movement the first minute and add a rep to each movement each minute

SKILL:

3 Rep Max Push Press

Spend 10 minutes working up to a 3 Rep Max
