WARM UP:
5 Push Ups—> Forward Rolls
10 Lateral Hops—> Lunge Walk
5 Toes to Bar—> Toy Soldier Walk
10 See Saw Squats—> Broad Jump
SKILL:
Double Under/ Jump Rope Skills
WOD:
Death By Push Ups
At the top of each minute perform a corresponding number of push ups (1 the first, 2 the second 3 the third etc…)
When you finish the required Push Ups, perform as many double under as possible in the remaining time.
