8 Burpees—> Crab Walk

10 Squats—> Hurdle Over/ Under

10 Push Ups—> Bear Crawl

SKILL:  

Toes to Bar

WOD:  

Partner Leap Frog Style Amrap in 8 Minutes

5 Toes to Bar

6 Box Jumps

7 Burpees

SKILL:

1 Minute Each x 3 Rounds, no rest
