WARM UP:

Mixed Tabata of:

Sit Ups

Squats

Push Ups

Tuck Jumps

SKILL:  

Hang Power Cleans

WOD:  

As Many Rounds as Possible in 4 Minutes x 2 with a 2 minute rest in between

5 Hang Power Cleans

10 Wall Ball

15 Box Jumps

 

SKILL:

Muscle Up Skills and Drills

Advanced: 3 Sets of Max Muscle Ups

Intermediate: As Many Muscle Ups as Possible in 5 Minutes

Beginner: 15 Pull Ups, 15 Dips, 15 Ring Transition Drills
