WARM UP:  

10 Squats—> Broad Jump 20′

10 Push Ups—> Lunge Walk 20′

10 Tuck Jumps—> Spiderman Stretch 20′

10 Kipping Swings—> Hurdle Over/Under 20′

 

SKILL:  

Power Clean

WOD:  

As Many Rounds as Possible in 5 Minutes Rest 2 Minutes, go Again

3 Power Cleans

6 Box Jump Overs
