CrossFit Teens WOD (12-18 Years Old)

WARM UP:  

1 Minute of Plank

Jump Rope Medley

(20 Seconds on, 20 Seconds off)

Perform as many jump rope drills as you know for approximately 4 Minutes

2 x 30 Second Hollow Holds

SKILL:  

Overhead Squats

WOD:  

As Many Rounds as Possible in 3 Minutes, Rest 1 Minute, go again:

Round 1:

15 Overhead Squats (Light Weight)

5 Double Unders

Round 2:

10 Overhead Squats (Medium Weight)

10 Double Unders

Round 3:

5 Overhead Squats (Heavy-ish)

15 Double Unders
