Jog 400 m

Squats

Jumping Lunges

Handstand Holds

Toes to Bar

SKILL:  

Handstand Walk

WOD:  

As Many Rounds as Possible in 12 Minutes of:

10 Push Ups

Lunge Walk 30′

20 Sit Ups

Hand Stand Walk 30′

Good Mornings:

In 10 Minutes work to a 5 Rep Max
