10 Banded Good Mornings

10 Hang Power Snatch (PVC or Empty Bar Bell)

SKILL:  

Squat Snatch

WOD:  

Squat Snatch Isabell

30 Squat Snatches for time

SKILL:

Double Under Ladder

5-10-15-20-25-20-15-10-5

Complete each set in order, do not move on until you complete the set unbroken
