PRE -K: February 13, 2020

Warm up: 

Pick Up: Toss items out on far end of floor and have them run and bring back items one at a time.  

Skill work:

Frog Hops (working on going to bottom of squat every time)

Once they have it down do a frog hop course.

WOD

2-3 Rounds

2 Stink Bug

4 Jumping Jacks

2 Squats

Run around a cone and back
