Skill work:
Tumbling Relay: Listen carefully to know which move you should do when you get to the cone (forward roll, cartwheel, log roll, etc)
Warm up:
Move around the cones and FREEZE!
WOD:
Popcorn: Stand in a circle facing each other. Each person does one rep at a time moving around the circle until everyone has done the required number of reps of a given movement, then switch to the next movement. Cycle through the movements as many times as possible in a given amount of time.
