Plank
Warm up:
Move around the cones and FREEZE!
WOD:
Set up with each person standing behind a cone to formĀ a large circle for the following AMRAP in a given amount of time:
When “Plank!” is called, everyone gets into plank position behind their cone.
When “Switch” is called, everyone travels to the next cone in the circle using the designated movement (run, skip, bear crawl, etc)
