Skill work:
Reverse limbo: Using a pvc pipe, create a trainer shelf that kids must keep their hands above while squatting. Star with the bar relatively low and raise it a little each round. Adjustments for the height of the child are recommended.
Warm up:
Move around the cones and FREEZE!
