    This was a really good challenging week. I’m 5# away from hitting my goal of 250# conventional DL – just gotta get that back under control. Squats with orange and red bands – 90#, 110#, 125#, 140#, 155#; Def sumo pulls 175#x2x5, 125#x2x4, 145#x2x1 dropped weight to work on form. Thanks Kelly for the great DL tips yesterday. Great job this week everyone!
