Angry Gorilla Parade

Warm up:

Dance Party:  Dance while the music is playing.  When it stops, FREEZE!

WOD:

Its a Zoo!

Designate 4 Squares or “Cages”  on the floor in which athletes will perform various animal movements.  Trainers select 3/4 movements and athletes get to vote on last one.  *Make sure one of the cages contains Angry Gorillas!

Rotate “cages” every 30 seconds.
