Skill work:
Seated Angry Gorillas: Athlete starts seated on a box. Start by making an “angry gorilla back” and beating chest. Keep body position the same and reach down to pick up a bunch of bananas. Stand up. Optional: Peel and eat banana 😁

Rock Around the Clock:
Set up 6 cones in a large circle to represent the even numbers on the face of a clock. At each cone, athletes perform
2 Angry Gorillas
4 Lateral hops
Each time an athlete completes the Lateral hops at 12 o’clock, do one forward roll before starting again at 1 o’clock
