Skill work:
Jack in the Box Squats: In slow motion, descend to the bottom of the squat like you are winding up the Jack in the box. Have fun “sproinging” back up to standing.
Warm up:
Move around the cones and FREEZE!
WOD:
AMRAP in a given amount of time of
3 Jack in the box (Squat)
3 Jack on the box (Box jump)
Bear crawl around the cones
