Skill work:
Seated Superman -> Stand: Basically a high box squat starting from the seated position. Athlete sets feet in squat stance and finds “superman” (spinal extension) before standing up. Return to seated position, maintaining spinal extension. Now try it with an “Angry Gorilla”.
