“High 5” Box squats: Hands up for a high 5 at the bottom of the squat
Warm up:
Move around the cones and FREEZE!
WOD:
AMRAP in a given amount of time of
2 Box jumps/step ups
2 “High 5” squats (on top of the box)
Bear crawl between the cones (zig zag)
