This class is designed for the person that needs to pick up heavy stuff. Using the Westside Barbell Conjugate Method, we use a combination of primary lifts (squats, deadlifts, bench press, cleans, snatches and their various derivations) and accessory lifts to remove the weaknesses from your game. As coach Mark Bell says “Strength is Never a Weakness.”
