As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 M
10 Dumbell Thrusters
10 Wall Ball
10 Squats
maybe one day i will have a deadlift setup like that!

nice afternoon trail run with Chris P this afternoon for runnin clubbe. easy pace, just went exploring. we’re gonna do the downtown shuffle week after next if anyone else is interested! 6pm at R&R.

4 rds even. 25# DB; 14# wall balls. Subbed Airdyne for the run. .25 mile first Airdyne, but it went so fast it was upped to .5 mile. This one was hard. Only been doing 14# WB for a while, but WB have always been hard for me. Only counted the WBs that hit the target and that meant doing extras.
Thanks Kelly for the advice about my foot injury. Looking forward to being able to walk (and run, jump) without pain.
