Monday, May 27th is Memorial Day and we will be a holiday schedule: 9am & 10am adult classes only.

School is almost out! Starting June 3, CrossFit Kids class will move to 10am. The Pre-K class will follow at 10:45 on Tuesdays & Thursdays throughout the summer.

June 15 is right around the corner. Whether you gearing up for The American Challenge (Registrations are due by June 1) or Agoge Prom Night (tickets are on sale now!), let us know what we can do to help you get prepared.

Run 400 M
10 Dumbell Thrusters
10 Wall Ball
10 Squats

  6. nice afternoon trail run with Chris P this afternoon for runnin clubbe. easy pace, just went exploring. we’re gonna do the downtown shuffle week after next if anyone else is interested! 6pm at R&R.

  7. 4 rds even. 25# DB; 14# wall balls. Subbed Airdyne for the run. .25 mile first Airdyne, but it went so fast it was upped to .5 mile. This one was hard. Only been doing 14# WB for a while, but WB have always been hard for me. Only counted the WBs that hit the target and that meant doing extras.

    Thanks Kelly for the advice about my foot injury. Looking forward to being able to walk (and run, jump) without pain.
