Monday, May 27th is Memorial Day and we will be a holiday schedule: 9am & 10am adult classes only.

School is almost out! Starting June 3, CrossFit Kids class will move to 10am. The Pre-K class will follow at 10:45 on Tuesdays & Thursdays throughout the summer.

June 15 is right around the corner. Whether you gearing up for The American Challenge (Registrations are due by June 1) or Agoge Prom Night (tickets are on sale now!), let us know what we can do to help you get prepared.

Deadlift

WOD
Every minute, on the minute:
5 Handstand Push Ups
1 Deadlift (315/ 205)

Continue until you fail to achieve all of the required reps inside the given minute. If you fail before 5 rounds are up, rest for 1 minute and then go again!

  1. 13rnds + 14 (mods: #245 DL, stinkbugs for 4 rounds, then switched to burpees, adding one each minute). shoulder wasn’t quite ready for the awkward pressing motion today, but tried some handstand holds as a weakness movement which felt alright. 6 months 1 week after surgery now, and pretty ding dang happy with the pace of recovery.
