School is almost out! Starting June 3, CrossFit Kids class will move to 10am. The Pre-K class will follow at 10:45 on Tuesdays & Thursdays throughout the summer.

June 15 is right around the corner. Whether you gearing up for The American Challenge (Registrations are due by June 1) or Agoge Prom Night, or both (!) let us know what we can do to help get you prepared.

  2. wow! I never cease to be amazed at what crossfit has done for me.
    My very first back squat 1RM was Sept. 2011 and I managed a measley little 105# ( I thought it was going to kill me.) Today, I did a measley little 155# X 3. I know it isn’t much. But I really didn’t think I would every get to that weight. Thanks JB & KB.
