wow! I never cease to be amazed at what crossfit has done for me.
My very first back squat 1RM was Sept. 2011 and I managed a measley little 105# ( I thought it was going to kill me.) Today, I did a measley little 155# X 3. I know it isn’t much. But I really didn’t think I would every get to that weight. Thanks JB & KB.
