But the best news of the day is I finally got a PR on my 1RM snatch! 120#…and it felt good! Getting excited for the comp! 11 days!

running wod at Cerise: 1km w/u, skills& drills, then tabata: 40 sec on, 20 sec off. 0.14, 0.13,0.13,0.13, 0.13, 0.12, 0.12, 0.12. last few were pretty rough. rest day tomorrow!
