Felt good but the real test will be how my back is tomorrow.

10:55 (#205 dl, 6 dips + 6 ring rows/round). Stoked that i could cycle 205 pretty easily, heaviest since Jan 12th and felt good! worked on keeping ring dips upright and shoulders active, then alternated with rows to keep the shoulder smiling.
Thanks everyone for the anniversary wishes on Sat! it was super cool to have so many friends there! we are very fortunate to have y’all in our lives! :)
And i’d love to thank Haute Kake’s for that FANTASTIC CAKE again!!!! Kate, YOU ROCK!!!
