Monday, May 27th is Memorial Day and we will be a holiday schedule: 9am & 10am adult classes only.

School is almost out! Starting June 3, CrossFit Kids class will move to 10am. The Pre-K class will follow at 10:45 on Tuesdays & Thursdays throughout the summer.

June 15 is right around the corner. Whether you gearing up for The American Challenge (Registrations are due by June 1) or Agoge Prom Night (tickets are on sale now!), let us know what we can do to help you get prepared.

21-15-9 Reps for time of:

Kettle Bell Swings
Double Unders
Wall Ball

Skillz
Max hand stand holds
Kick up and hold for as long as you can. If you feel like this is just too simple of a task, try touching your chest with alternating hands as many times as you can before you come a crashin’ down.

  4. Afternoon fun run in Ouray on Perimeter and Portland trails. ~5 mi total, ran pretty easy, just enjoying the views and singletrack. hamstrings and quads are still feeling Tuesday WOD!
