21-15-9 Reps for time of:
Kettle Bell Swings
Double Unders
Wall Ball
Skillz
Max hand stand holds
Kick up and hold for as long as you can. If you feel like this is just too simple of a task, try touching your chest with alternating hands as many times as you can before you come a crashin’ down.

Afternoon fun run in Ouray on Perimeter and Portland trails. ~5 mi total, ran pretty easy, just enjoying the views and singletrack. hamstrings and quads are still feeling Tuesday WOD!
