15:15, barbell PJ 75#, 65# AS. Still working on log overheads. Weightlifting- low box safety bar squats, lots of pistols and good mornings! Fun stuff!

Run clubbe: 6×250m hill climb on single track. 1:03,1:07,1:00,1:02,1:02,1:01. tried for negative splits – shoulda started slower! great to see Chris, Tyler and Mark there for some hilly fun!
