Overhead Squats (95/ 65)
Spend 2 cycles of the tabata in each place (i.e. 20 seconds of rowing, 10 seconds of rest, 20 seconds of rowing, switch).
Rest and mobility for the next few days then off to Denver :)

I did not count my reps correctly and short changed my self I think (big surprise there.) I know I had about 53 OHS and then the calories I would guess at about 36 so that should be 89 rather than what I I put on the board.
