Monday, May 27th is Memorial Day and we will be a holiday schedule: 9am & 10am adult classes only.

School is almost out! Starting June 3, CrossFit Kids class will move to 10am. The Pre-K class will follow at 10:45 on Tuesdays & Thursdays throughout the summer.

June 15 is right around the corner. Whether you gearing up for The American Challenge (Registrations are due by June 1) or Agoge Prom Night (tickets are on sale now!), let us know what we can do to help you get prepared.

Alternating Tabata
Row (calories)
Overhead Squats (95/ 65)

Spend 2 cycles of the tabata in each place (i.e. 20 seconds of rowing, 10 seconds of rest, 20 seconds of rowing, switch).

  1. Rest and mobility for the next few days then off to Denver :)

  2. I did not count my reps correctly and short changed my self I think (big surprise there.) I know I had about 53 OHS and then the calories I would guess at about 36 so that should be 89 rather than what I I put on the board.
