Workout of the Day
50 Back Squat for Time (185/ 115)
At the top of each Minute perform 5 Burpees
This workout will have a time cap of 20 minutes
School is almost out! Starting June 3, CrossFit Kids class will move to 10am. The Pre-K class will follow at 10:45 on Tuesdays & Thursdays throughout the summer.
June 15 is right around the corner. Whether you gearing up for The American Challenge (Registrations are due by June 1) or Agoge Prom Night, or both (!) let us know what we can do to help get you prepared.

8:35 – #135 safety bar sq, pushups. wow, still feeling that 5k, legs are t—-i—r—e—-d today! this’ll make my long run spicy on Sunday! 8-9 miles on the Colorado trail at Molass pass anyone?
