School is almost out! Starting June 3, CrossFit Kids class will move to 10am. The Pre-K class will follow at 10:45 on Tuesdays & Thursdays throughout the summer.

Workout: 8: very fun!
WL: was going for a 1rep max for clean and jerk. Ended up with 150# clean (10# PR) and 145# jerk (5# PR).
