“Death By Thruster”
With a continuously running clock at the top of each minute perform 5 burpees and 1 Thruster(115/ 75), adding one additional thruster each minute. Continue until you fail to finish all of the required reps in the given minute.
WOD 12.4- 150 wall ball, 90 double unders, 30 muscle ups..as many rounds/reps in 12 minutes-
